“Slow” Excel file

I have Office XP on a 2Ghz PC with 1GB of RAM and I have an excel file that is 2mb in size that opens and closes extremely slowly – it takes about 40 seconds to open. All other excel files open OK except for this one. The file doesn’t have any charts or pictures in it. It’s just numbers, text, formulas with 10 worksheets.

Any help would be great.
