smtp server not found

I rececently had a high speed DSL line installed in my office. Everything works fine EXCEPT now I can’t send any mail. I can receive from our pop server (hosted by Yahoo) but I can’ send. I keep getting the error message “SMTP server not found”. I don’t know what else to do. Can you help?
