software will not recognise password

To Whom it may concern:

I am trying to access my Yahoo mail account.

When I type in my usual ID and Password, I have been using it for Years, message came back saying, it did not recognise the Password, it was type in proper case, I tried a number of Times, still no joy. Contacted Yahoo, they issued a new Temporary Password, and advised me to change this to one of my own choice, they provided a link to do this, which I did, straight away.

I received an email confirmation from Yahoo, saying my change of Password had been confirmed.

Using this new Password, I still can not log into my email account, it keeps reverting back to enter Password, confirm Password. This is 48 Hours after Password was changed.

Any Ideas Please.
