Solution to install Microsoft Access in windows XP

i have a m/c with windows xp. I installed Ms-Office 2000. It installed sucessfully. Ms-word,excel,powerpoint, outlook all r working. But when i go access to work, it displays an error, that ms-access will not work because , no license for this m/c to work. Please give the solution, how to install. Tell me the steps.
