SonicWALL PRO 1260 HTTPS Access help

I have a SonicWALL PRO 1260 and for some reason when I try to go to some secure websites (hotmail, banking online, etc..) the website hangs for a while and then it comes back sayin it can’t find it.
Does anyone know what could be causing this.
I have tried various access rules but with no luck.
