Spam E-Mails

Does anybody have any suggestions for an anti-spam program that works well. The setting in Outlook and OE just can’t keep up with the amount of spam we are receiving. Also, once you are a target is there anyway to try and minimize the amount without killing the e-mail address. Thank You.
