Spam filtering with Exchange server 5.5

What options are available with/for exchange server 5.5 for filtering spam. We use outlook on the clients and seem to be getting more and more spam lately.. I will unsubscribe to an email and then I will get the same one later in the day from another unknown user. Are their any built in tools for exchange?
