spamfightrt failure

I downloaded your spamfighter a few days ago. it seemed to work for a while- then did not appear to be working. I use XP and outlook. Yesterday when i tried to access my e mail my progam told me that spamfighter had caused a fatal error and i should disable the program. I need to either correct the problem or uninstall your program.
what should i do , and how, do you suggest i preceed?
