Speech to text training MS Office 2003

Hi
I’ve just started training MS Office 2003 speech to text and I’m having limited success. Is it possible to train from my own document and not the fixed list (Aesops fables, Bill Gates lecture etc)?
I need some specific phrases that don’t appear in the training documents.
I’ve found how to put individual words in, but would prefer phrases.
