starting problem in windows’98 SE

when i on my computer,it didn’t open windows automatically.It will ask me for 5 questions, regarding logging on with safe mode,log mode.
(when we press F8 on booting of computer will open when start up my computer.)
so what to do?
my sys is WINDOWS’98 SE
