Stationery Picker

I’m having a problem trying to add a picture onto a my email stationery. I have saved the picture from word XP as a web page and the picture appears fine but as soon as you use the doc.htm as a template for new stationery a red cross appears and the picture is not displayed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
