Statistics of Exchange

I have two sites of Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server that are connected using a link WAN. I need statistics at the end of the day about the use of that link. I want to know who’s using more this link.

What can I do? Can I do it using System Managerof Microsoft Exchange?
