stiching software

Hello there. Could there anyone help me to solve this problem? I would like to copy an article from the newspaper, but I have to scan two times to get the article in full. Our daily newspaper size is 295×390 approx. (mm). How to stitch back the require article in one full page so I could print it when required, A4 size. Is there any software, which can do it? Please help me. Thanks.
