Still Struggling

I am using Photosuite 7 and Microsoft Photo Editor phpto software.

How do i put different photos at different sizes onto a photo A4 paper.

It can either put 2 or 3 at various sizes i.e 6 x 4

Could you please explain(in detail as i am new to this) on how to do this.
