strip address from multiple messages

I am running outlook 2000 sr1/sp2 w/ms exchange 5.5 sp4. What I would like to do is add the email address from a number of messages in my inbox to my contact list. Is there anyway to do this in one step instead of opening each message and doing itindividually? Thanks!
