Support Email Undelivered.

How do we troubleshoot incoming emails from sources that always become undelivered?
Incoming email from Source A CAN NEVER SENT email to source B.

and furthermore, the problem seems to get worst whereby, more than five different sources can not send their email to my ISP email server.

@hotmail.com can receive
@yahoo.com can receive
@singnet.com.sg can receive

@xxx.net cannot receive
@anybody.com cannot receive etc

What can be wrong in the configuration of the email server? or wat are the possible focus area that I can look into?
