Synching Palm OS PDAs with Outlook

We are looking to adopt a standard for synchronizing PDAs using the Palm OS with Outlook 98 (yes, we are a few versions behind). We want to choose only one product that will work with NT and XP desktops for Palm Pilots. Support for other brands that use the Palm OS or other OS would be a plus, but is not required.

We currently have Pocket PCs as sole standard for PDAs supported with Microsoft’s Active Synch 3.6.
