Synchronize the MSDE 2000 database with SQl Server 2000 DataBase

Hi!
Actually I am working on project in ASP.net which have 7 module,But in which one module which take input as an excel file which has in large amount of data and store that Data in Database so we decide we run that perticular module only on local IIS and store data through that module in MSDE 2000 ,after then we upgrade from MSDE 2000 to SQL Server tables.

So I required what is that upgrde path from MSDE 2000 to SQL Server and any kind of Synchronization between MSDE & Sql server 2000
