Synchronizing delegate accounts

Could anyone help me to synchronise more than one account in Outlook xp. I have two accounts, one is my own email (myname@anywhere.com) and a positional account (supervisor@anywhere.com)when I want to work off line How can I sync BOTH accounts. At present it just lets me synce my own e-mail account.
