Synchronizing outlook 2000 calendars

Hi all
i am using outlook 2000 mail client, and have setup personal folder for mail deliveries.
thus, i have 2 sets of calendars, 1 in the personal folder, and another sitting on the server mailbox. Can i synchronize these 2 sets of calendars?
