systern.exe

I have a file on my computer that says systern.exe (not system.exe). I have been searching for a virus that has infected my computer and this file was unfamiliar. Have done IE searches, and a few websites i go to for help and cannot find any info in it. It is in my startup and is a hidden file in my program files
