T5600 or T5500

Hi,

Is there any other differences except speed and price between Intel T5600 and T5500?

T5500 is also missing Intel Virtualization Technology, but does it matters for a notebook?

I intend to get one for MSI S262 nb barebone.
I’d prefer the cheaper T5500 if there isn’t any other serious drawbacks, I guess T5500 draws less power too.
