TechRepublic Resource CD Error

I just installed the “Tech Tips for Outlook” CD I purchased from TechRepublic. I did not experience any problems during the install. When I attempt to access the program, the following error displays:

ActiveX component can’t create object

I’vetried reinstalling the program which, again, did not indicate any problems during the install but the same error occurs.

Any ideas?
