The SobigF

Here is the deal i keep getting like 300 emails an hour with this sobigf attachment but i dont have the virus itself. I already used nortons and Mcafee’s scanners and it found nothing. How fo i stop getting these emails? Other than waiting until sept. 10 when its supposed to die. HELP ME PLEASE…..
