Hello.
A user of my network is experiencing a problem with the Outlook Express 6.0 that is installed on the laptop (XP Home).
She reports strange behavior of outlook express. For example although the program recieves new messages she can not open the new message. Outlook express displays the following error message:
“One or more parts of this message could not be displayed.” If she clicks Ok then she gets the following error message: “There was an error opening this message. There is not enough memory.”
Also, she can not CREATE a NEW message ( the button is not functioning).
Seems like something serious is going on with the Outlook Express.
She performed a full system scan with the latest definitions of Nav 2003 and the system seems not to be infected.
Any ideas what is going wrong with Outlook Express and how to overcome this problem?
A reinstallation of Internet Explorer 6 / Outlook Express 6 will it solve the problem or maybe something is going wrong with the XP itself.
