Total Hits Program

I am looking for some sort of program, a FREEBIE, that will simply look at my IIS log files and give me the total count each page has been hit. Not unique hits, just general hits in total. Can export it to txt or HTML, whatever. Just trying to get from the logs the amount of times each and every page was hit.
