TR Hijacked

Anyone else notice questions being answered with the wrong answer. Anyone notice that the questions seem to be from new accounts. I thought that you had to have a legitimate Email address to open an account with TR. I notice that on some sites I can see my IP address maybe its time for TR to implement this as a deterrent. Any suggestions?
