Transfer adresses in email environment

My ISP only supports Outlook Express. My Electronic Organiser (Sharp ZQ-520) – which links to my PC by a peripheral cable – supports MS Outlook not outlook Express. How can I automatically transfer info from MS Outlook to Express and vice versa as Icannot drag and drop info from one to the other in their present configurations.
