transfere printing for kiln work help

I need to set up a client for printing transferes which are requirered to be adhered to pottery then glazed and fired in a kiln
At present they buy in there t/feres but they wish to produce there own.
Can anyone advise me on suitable equipement asthis is not my real area of expertise
