Transferring Email into XP

I need to xfer 1000+ emails for my wife’s little business from an old PC running W98SE / Netscape 4.76 to a new PC Win XP / Netscape 7.2. They are networked together through a router. I’ve tried the IMPORT utility in Net7.2, it didn’t work. Said it couldn’t find any Net 4.76 files. It doesn’t let you browse to anything, either.
I copied the mail folder from the old PC and saved in on the new PC’s HD (Desktop). I can’t find, in the new 7.2, where the mail is saved.
Can anyone tell me how to load these emails into Netscape 7.2? I’ve tried other sources, to no avail.
