Truncated text in Outlook print headers

Several users of Win-NTv4sp6 use Outlook 2000 and experience missing/truncated text on the printed page in the Header area (Subject: or To: fields). Some have local DeskJets, others print over NT4 LAN to HP LaserJets (5N and 4000N etc). Not all users are affected. Does anyone else have experience of this, or know the cause/solution?
