Ultimate boot disk for windows

ok I have downloaded the Ultimate boot disk for wondows and I used my record now program to copy it to a cd. I then tested it and it wouldn’t work. I have also tried to extract it to the cd using the 7 zip that it uses to unzip to the computer and it says could not open any files to the cd. I am running windows xp home. any help would be appreciated.
