Unable to access Help files

While using the office assistant in Word, Excel etc it allows you to type in the question even comes up with suggestions for the solution but when you try and access the answer nothing happens. The user is logged onto the machine as a general user. If I log on as administrator and proceed to do the same procedure above I’m able to complete the task. First initial thought was some kind of policy on the machine but I’ve checked this and everything seems ok. Please can anybody help?
