Unable to open default mail folders

When I launched Outlook 97. An error says “Unable to open your default mail folders. You do not have permission to log on”.

I have check all settings in Exchange server and on the client computer but found no errors.

I’m trying to open the mail account for a new staff who just joined our company and the above mention error appears, but I can open my own mail account in her computer.

Anyone can help?
