unable to relay

Just setup 2003 SBS Server with Exchange 2003. I’m able to send but can’t receive. Sender recieves the following error. Any help would be appreciated:

_Unable_to_relay_for_user@mydomain.com
Delivery last attempted at Sat, 26 Feb 2005 19:47:16 -0000
