Undeliverable Mail

I keep receiving messages from my ISP that mail messages were not delivered. The problem is I have not sent any messages out to the supposed address. I think I may have some sort of worm or virus. I have run Norton and Spybot with no results. The email program I us is Outlook 2000. Is there a way to check how this is happening? Any help is appreciated.
