Undisclosed Recipients

Hello there. I frequently received forwarded emails from circle of friends. Usually forwarded email has lengthy list of recipient [email addresses] at the beginning of the message. But lately I’ve seen a couple of email from someone that have no recipient on the message header. The header looks like this

From: “toughguy”
To :
Subject : bla bla bla

Can Outlook Express 6 be configured not to show email recipients like that?
