Unexepected fragment message at bootup in Windows 2000 Pro Svpk V

I am getting a message at bootup indicating that “can’t connect to driver 0.ffffffff” or something like this. The message has an ok and prompts me to select the ok button before going on.

Everything appears to be functioning normally. All of my devices are working. How do I remove this fragment message that pops up.
