Unknown email

At our Exchange Server 5.5 site, we keep getting virus’s sent to us from “unknown” to “unknown”. Is there any way to stop this? We have latest NAV Corp. Edition , with the msexchange program on the Exchange server, but would like to stop any recieptof any “unknown” mail. Is this possible?
