Unwanted email cannot delete.

Dear Sir/Mdm/Ms.

Good day, I have facing an email message delete difficulty. I am using Outlook express as my default email browser. Nowadays, I notice that some of the unwanted email couldn’t delete in my Inbox item. I mange to remove and install back the Inbox.dbx file. This problem still exist. Plase guide, Thanks.
