Unwanted form feeds in MS Access Report

I have an application that prints labels that are 1″ long. I has to work with an Epson LQ300+ DM printer. This printer has a limited number of form lengths available. The printer is configured to NOT skip over perf. NO auto LF/FF etc. I have turned off all page/report headers and footers in Access. I have also configured the 11″ form layout to not have any margins. Does anyone have any idea how I can configure Access to just print the labels without the unwanted skipping to the TOF?
