Use Cached Exchange Mode

I have a machine on a domain running Win XP and Office 2k3. I can’t bring in a users mail beyond a certain date. The mail will come in if I remove the Use Cached Exchange Mode. I have 5Gb of free HD space and 512 of ram. I also have ajusted the virtual memory every way I know how
