Use template for header/footer?

I have running data in a worksheet of which each 12 rows needs to print on a separate page. Each printed page needs to have the same rows printing at the top and bottom of the printed pages (similar to a header/footer but there’s too much info for a footer). In addition, I need the page number to print within the repeating rows at the top (not in a header because it can’t be at the very top of the page). Can this be done using a template or is there a formula that can be inserted in a cell that will display the page number?
