A users Exchange Account in SBS was edited by changing her Primary NT logon to that of ANOTHER user so that the other user could get an email message out of her inbox. (Why it was done this way is beyond me!)
Then,within 10 minutes her Primary NT account was changed BACK to her account and all settings applied. At least thats what I can tell, since I didn’t do any of this.

PROBLEM: The user can logon to her NT account just fine, but CANNOT log on to Outlook 2000 whatsoever. She gets this error: “UNABLE TO OPEN YOUR DEFAULT E-MAIL FOLDERS. YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO LOG ON” .
I logged on to her machine as myself and was able to get emails from my inbox just fine.

My guess is that there is a PERMISSIONS (obviously) setting or bug or snafu somewhere that I’m over looking. I know it can’t be a local setting so it either an EXCHANGE issue or User Logon issue.
