User Can’t Open Word

I have a reoccuring problem with user’s not being able to open MS Word 2000. They have Office 2000 loaded on the machine. Other Office programs will open under their profile. But, when I change users on the machine, Word will open. But it has just started happening in the last two weeks. Has anyone experienced this? What did you do to fix it?
