Using Outlook Contact in Word

I’m developing templates in MS Word. Besides envelopes, can I make a field that would look up information in Outlook’s contacts? ie: The user is going to send a fax, can they search and pick a name from Outlook’s Contacts and it will fill in the fax number and such?
