Using Quicken 2002 with Windows 2000

I have some users on Win98 and some on Win2000 using Quicken 2002. With Win98 there is no problems opening files however the users who have Win2000 can not open the files. I figured out that you can back it up and then recover the file but that seems like alot of work.
