Using SaveAs in Excel Macro

I created a macro in excel that saves a file in a certain folder as a certain name. However when I attempt to rerun the macro I am prompted to overwrite the current file (Yes/No Cancel). Is there anyway to eliminate this prompt so the file will automatically be overwritten?
