Video conference software

We have 2 locations that need to be connected for video conferencing. What would be the best solution. Both faclities has DSL conections.
We have Very High end cameras that are connected with s-Video cables to the computer. MSN Messanger will not work. (Video chat) Are there any viable software programs.
