Videos to DVD

My camera takes videos in MOV format.
I need to be able to start with those MOVs and end with playable videos on DVDs for family/friends.
So what I need is to know:
– What program converts (if conversion is needed) MOV to format xxx (AVI, DIVX, etc).
– Burn formatted xxx to DVDs to make them playable in DVD players. Just pop in the DVD and it plays like a movie or movie menu.
– Also make these DVDa do automatic slideshows of included pictures (these DVDs will have pics and vids).

So when you pop in a DVD, it will play automatically videos and pictures without the user doing anything, if possible, unless they use their controller to rewind, etc.
